We only use seasoned & experienced PFP people who can quickly adjust to the scope of the survey requirements. Every client needs a survey doing for a specific reason. With this in mind, before we start, we work closely with our client to gain a full understanding of what our findings are going to be used for?
WE SELECT SPECIALISTS IN THERE OWN RESPECTIVE FIELD’S, WHO JOIN OUR IN-HOUSE TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, WHICH INTRODUCES THEM TO DOCUMENTATION & REGULATIONS, TEST DATA & A LIBRARY OF SPECIFICATIONS, SHARED BETWEEN THE TEAM.
For surveying purposes we are currently using Bolster, but have experience with BIM 360, Priority 1, BORIS/firetronic, I auditor, Site Audit Pro or of course a Camera & Clipboard, Word & Excel. We offer a CAD service also for emergency escape planning, compartmentation and Alarm zones, Emergency lighting services, Signage, Fire Strategy & Fire Engineering when needed for Compartmentation. Fire safety training, Alarm maintenance & servicing, cctv etc.
WE COVER 4 HOUR PFP TOO, AS WELL AS ROCKWOOL, DURASTEEL, FM BLUE & IMPACT BOARD, GYPSUM, KNAUF, LAFARGE, HILTI, FIRETHERM, FSI, TENMAT, POLYSEAM, PROMAT, TO NAME A FEW.
We are constantly scheduling training days for our guys to hone in the knowledge that is out there, from test houses, manufacturers, online training for inspecting Doors & Firestopping. We assisted in writing the exams for the FS Inspection Diploma, endorsed by the Institute of Fire Engineers & the Institute of Fire Safety Managers. Currently, some of our clients are using our work for Litigation & Arbitration, one is using us to organise getting three quotes for PFP, then project managed the installation. Some clients use us to conduct Type 4 destructive testing & reinstatement on the same day in HMO’s. The team bring experience from working with organisations such as Balfour, Skanska, Kier, BAM, BRE, IFC, FIRAS, Warrington Fire, The FPA and the IFE.
